These people called my husbands cell about our sons bill which had been paid months ago claiming our son had committed fraud and if he didn't call by 10:00am next morning they were putting a warrant out for his arrest. My husband, having Parkinson's Disease began getting very upset. I called back and spoke with a "lady" first who connected me to this John Warren who off the bat had an attitude, telling me my son could either call by 10:00am or he would be in jail. Mind you this guy is in Texas and we live in Indiana. My son called the place where he paid this bill off and the person he spoke with told him not to worry about it, he'd send out the papers where it had been paid since my son hadn't receive the first ones. Never could understand name of company just kept saying he was a compliance officer, I take that as being a glorified bill collector. I get so sick of the idiots of the world who can call someone they don't even know with pathetic antics. Shame on all of you.

I received a call on my from this number on 09/17/13.  The young lady left a message stating that she had me listed as an emergency contact for my husband.  She stated she needed to get in touch with him regarding two depositions that had been filed against in in state court.  After leaving this message on my cell, the same number called my office, which I didn't answer.  I let my husband hear the message and he was upset and fearful as to what this could be about. He returned the call the next morning, 9/18/13.  He spoke with a guy name "David Lavene" that informed him a warrant was going to be issued for his arrest for two felony charges.  I remember one being fraud but can't recall the other. My husband had defaulted on a loan he got 4 years ago and was frightened by the call.  He informed my husband he would electronically issue the warrant if my husband didn't pay the bill in full by 11:00 a.m.  He told him he would immediately be arrested and would spend 120 days in jail (no bondable).  After the 120 days, if he still didn't have the money, he would be sentenced to another 120 days in jail and after that release his bill would be considered paid in full.  My husband was really upset and called me at work to tell me the news he had been given.  I then asked him to call the guy and ask him to give me a call because something just wasn't adding up to me and I thought my husband was leaving out something.  The guy called me and told me the exact same thing.  When I told him we didn't have the full amount ($1,005.21) he pretended to put me on hold to contact the company and see if payment arrangements could be made.  He came back and asked if we had relatives in Louisiana. (which I thought was strange)  I said no and he placed me on hold again and came back and said that the company said we could pay 40% today to stop the warrants from being issued.  He said he suggest I call friends and family members and see if I could find the money before 11 am (it was already 9:30). He then hung up the phone in my face. Now I was upset but luckily, I have Legal Shield and called to seek legal advice from my attorney.  I was told that a person CANNOT BE ARRESTED for failure to pay consumer debts or defaulting on a loan.  The attorney advised that this was either a scam or a legitimate collection agency that was using "threats of intimidation" tactics to scare us into making a payment.  He advised this was indeed against the law.  He informed me that if they called us again, advise them we sought legal counsel and was advised of this.  He said tell them not to call anymore and that if they wanted to pursue collection of the debt, they would need to do so the proper way.

For insight purposes, my number was previously used by someone that had obviously been up to no good. I've received too many calls from debt collectors calling for this person to count, and needless to say, I don't enjoy answering the phone if I don't know who it is calling.
This number called my home this afternoon. I answered and hung up twice, but answered on the third time they called. By this time, I was agitated, and told the man on the line not to bother calling this number anymore. He was equally agitated, and preceded to tell me that he will call back just to give me a migraine.
My wife called the number back afterward, and asked to speak with a supervisior. When the woman who answered the phone said that she was, my wife told her about the phone call I had. The woman said that phone etiquette was to answer the phone not to pick up and hang up. Then said that you could be aiding and bedding a fugiative. My wife then interrupted her, and the woman told my wife that she was crossing the red line. When my wife told the woman that the caller id came up with "Home Access Mor." and the woman was confused. All she would say about the business was that they are compliance officers. That was how the conversation ended. My wife and I are certainly upset by this incident, and believe whole-heartedly that it's a scam. I hope this helps someone else that received a call by this number.

These people called my ex- husband of 29 years and told him that they have file felony charges on me and for him to  contact me to inform me of their doings. They also called my daughter in college and upset her so that she couldn't focus in class. These are the most evil peoples on the planet and somebody need to put a stop to them they are causing people to have heart attacks, strokes, worriation, frustration, some may even contiplate suicide with these kinds of tactics. I am not giving them a dime and don't give them a dime let them do what they got to do. First of all it's illegal to do what they are doing.

Strangest phone call I ever got.   These people said I was an emergency contact.  They are looking for someone because the person they are looking for is going to jail today.  I said oh, you found him then.
They said no, they are looking for him. LOL!! Idiots.  I told them to come to my house and look.
