i have had these calls since june last year and they call every 3 minutes and now i just block them but they fill up my mail box and i have to clear them every week. all it is just beeps and they come from different numbers
I received a call from this number (didn't answer and a message consisting of beeping was left) and, Like SL, I received 4 different international calls 1 minute apart after this one rang. Each left a message consisting of beeping (like a fax). So bizarre.
This is a call originating from a fax machine.. if you answer the call and hear the, "beep...beep...beep...," that's the fax machine trying to contact the destination fax modem. If you call 281-205-5716, you'll hear all the modem noises (sounds the same as dial-up internet, for those that remember such a thing) of their fax machine trying to talk to you. If you have access to your own fax machine, then the next time you answer a call from a fax and hear that slow, "beep...beep...beep...," try forwarding the call to your fax machine's number; if you did it quick enough before their fax timed out the call, then your fax machine should print off whatever their fax was sending. Usually, you'll be able to tell who sent the fax and where it was meant to go, if they included a fax header or a cover sheet.
