Robot call saying I applied for cash advance and it has been approved. I did not apply on their web site.

I have not applied for this.

stating they were the IRS and they are going to arrest me for fraud with the with the IRS, and also the IRS is filling a court petition

I got a scam voicemail stating the automated message was from the IRS & that they were filing a petition against me. For more information call this number....blah blah blah
