THIS PERSON CALLED MY CELL PHONE # WITH MY FULL NAME, BIRTHDATE, AND SAID HIS NAME AND THAT HE IS A COUNTY LIAISON AND TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS A COMPLAINT AGAINST MY SOCIAL SECURITY # AND HE READ OFF THE LAST 4 NUMBERS, AND TOLD MY IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS TO CALL THIS # 281-205-8939 . HE SAID THEY WILL BE SENDING A SUMMONS PERSON WITHIN 72 HOURS BY THE LOCAL POLICE TO MY HOME OR WORK FOR ME TO SIGN SOME KIND OF PAPERS.
I HAVE HEARD OF PHONE SCAMS LIKE THIS SO I AM EERIE ON CALLING THEM BACK. I AM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW THE HECK THEY GOT MY CELL # MINE IS UNLISTED AND SO IS MY HOME PHONE. SO IF YOU ALL GET A CALL OUT FROM THIS NUMBER BE CAREFUL BECAUSE IT CAME IN ON MY CELL PHONE AS A UNKNOWN #.

Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process. They will deliver the notification without warning.
