Similar to the other comments, Stephanie called and knew my business info and said someone told her we were great caterers so she wanted us to cater for Safeway and King Soopers. Problem is we aren't caterers and I know King Soopers and Safeway don't have the same person working for them in this capacity so I'm not really sure what she wanted and she skirted answers to all of my questions and quickly hung up at the end, very rude.
Called our business and asked for the owner. Said the were calling from King Soopers, local grocery store chain, and wanted to "partner" with us on marketing. Told her we do not do third party coupons on grocery receipts and the owner is never available. She proceeded to ask what kind of marketing we did do. I proceeded to tell her I have caller ID and I KNOW you are not calling from my local market, so what exactly are you trying to sell? Kept talking! No real answer on what they want us to "partner". I told her I would pass along the message, but most likely the owner will not be calling them back. Why do these marketing people not understand the word NO????
Stephanie was very unprofessional, when I stated the owner was a doctor and with patients at the time she replied "I know this is is a doctors office"......I personally retired from King Soopers and know full and well our customer service people and marketing people would never respond so rudely. I told her she had already called previously and we are not interested. Her phone number is not a local call. Please why do they have to keep calling.....so done with their calls!
