Got a call from this number on my cell today and having family in houston thought I should answer. Then they put me on hold saying it was an important call. If it is that important they would not have put me on hold.
Got a call from this number on my cell while at work. I am not in the habit of answering when the name does not display- only the number. Did not answer and they did not leave a message. If it was important, they'll call back -- and leave a message.
Just got the call today at home
they asked for a guy that collectors have been calling my house for months about. SUpposedly he owes money. This is freaking me out.
The name showed up as "Houston"
The name of the company is PentaGroup Financial, a collection agency, in Texas. Got a call from them, for someone unknown to me, got several calls. I played along with them to get the information I needed and then called and told them to never call my phone again. I never told them I was the person they ask for, but the man started giving out personal information about the person they were looking for. I called them back 15 minutes after talking with this gentleman and he had already removed my number from their list.
