This number is a scam. Whomever is calling is spoofing the number as when you call it back, a recording states the number is not a working number. I don't answer anything I don't recognize anymore as they're doing the same thing with local numbers. I get a constant barrage of these BS calls and have to add each and everyone of them into a block list I maintain.
