Got a call from this number today. Answered it since it was local. All i got was silence

Got another call from this number about 30 min after the first one. Did not answer this time and no VM

luckily, i couldnt find my cellfone quickly enuff to answer; bein's it's a 281 a/c, i might have actually wasted 20cents to get the same results.

my DollarTree AIRHORN is at hand for the time i do answer an unknown and all i hear is silence: they wont!
