Who called from 2812415407

My caller ID shows that Capitol One is calling, but person calling states that they are some sort of a cancer help center and asking for donations. They called two weeks ago and my wife asked why they come up as Capitol One on caller ID.. They stated that their phone lines are messed up. When they called my phone tonight again my caller ID displays Capitol One is calling, but it is those same folks asking for money. I wonder if Capitol One knows they are using their name to solicit money???

Keep getting calls from this number. Caller ID shows "Private". No messages left.

This is the 4th call I have received from this number in the last 10 days. Caller ID shows "Private" name. They never leave a message. I do not know or do business with anyone in Deer Park. I do not answer calls marked "unavailable or private".

I keep getting calls from this number. When I answer, they hang up. When I call the number, it is answered and then hung up. What's going on?????
