Got a call from this number stating that there was a complaint filed against me and couldn't give me anymore information other than it was a civil matter and to contact a Mrs. Morgan at (562) 888-3671. When I contacted "Mrs. Morgan' at that number, most of the information she had was incorrect and then when she stated what it was about, it was about an old credit card bill for over 10 years ago threatening to take me to court and whatever else.

This is a scam. These people are harassing individuals for no other reason. They're hired to do so by people to want to harass others. My ex admitted it.
