Call from this number came in after business hours. Called the number back and got an "out of service" recording. A Google search on this number says it is registered to Shyam L. Talwar Enterprises, 822 Lakeshore Dr., Sugar Land, TX 77478-4714.
I just received a call from the same number and they wouldn't say anything just kept the line open, The call came in at 7:55AM EST which is a violation. They are not supposed to call before 8AM. I tried to call the number back it also said the number was out of service and came back registered to Shyam L Talwar Enterprises. What do we have to do to make these people stop calling. I have all of my phones on the Do Not Call Registry and yet I still get these calls. I have reported them and nothing ever happens.
Why do we even bother to register them if they are not going to do anything to make them stop harassing us all of the time.
Very disgusted.
