Who called from 2812450691

Got a call from this number today, with no one on the line when I picked up.  I even waited for awhile for the usual robocall telemarketer/scammer delay in responding to my pick up.  I was surprised that this number did not appear here, so the call was either a mistake, or I'm starting the complaint trend for this number.

got a call just now from this number. they left a two second vmail w/ nothing but static.

I also go a call from this number.  Tried to call them back but just get busy signal. They called my cell phone, using up my minutes.  Is it legal to keep calling people without talking, just harassing.  What responsibility does the phone company have?

I have been getting called a couple times a day but never anyone there.  Now getting called by 281-245-0692.  Both are now on my blocked list.

Unknown number called my cell, didnt answer, no message.  Local to Houston
