EXACTLY! I got a call from (281) 305-0051 and it was from a Mr. Surtane. He put me thru to another person who informed me of the two charges...blah blah blah. I had originally received a call earlier in the week from him and called back and got a voicemail. I hit 0 and went to another voicemail of Smith and Associates. Who knows how many scams are out there from this company. Oh and he also texted me with just his number. Ugh
It was an Investigator Dupree. He works with Hill, White and Associates. He was polite and got me on the line with the attorney to help me resolve my case.

And once again, a different investigator is handling her case and put on line with an Attorney who helped her resolve yet another problem. You really suck at this SHilling game. Try using a different approach besides "investigator" and their "attorney"
Have you looked up Hill, White, and Associates? It does NOT exist. Yes, they are very polite, but considering they accused me of two counts of criminal charges with a payday loan from a company I never applied with, AND I cannot look up their business anywhere, it is completely a hoax. Not only that, but when the call comes up on my caller ID, it shows up as the business "A Place for Mom."

Yea right anon.....if thats the case then my brother shouldnt be in jail right now......US Marshals came and got him due to fraud charges this past thursday.....f the system.........Free MikeMike......
