I also got a call from this number this evening with the same exact phrase. I quickly realized that something wasn't right and then researched the phone number and found this website.
It is a recording (kind of muffled in the beginning) stating that it is F&M bank and that your card has been breached by a third party and to press one to confirm...then it asks for your 16 digit card number...I have confirmed with F&M bank that it is a definite SCAM. I reseached the number and it is based from a landline in Chicago, IL

They also pose as Chessie Federal Credit Union, saying your account has been closed. They called my house and cell phone. I have never ever had an account there AND have had the same cell phone number for many years.
