Called back gets, "thank you for calling Allied Interstate LLC. please hold for the next available agent." Stayed online for an agent and confirmed identity. They are a collection agency with a nasty reputation. There sued in 2010 by the FTC and had to pay 1.75 million. Here's the FTC report:
