Someone call my number and ask was i expecting a package from avon and wanted to know where i lived, when i wouldn't tell them the hang up. This person has been calling a least 3 time a week.
This is not a scam. I had issues with the driver not picking up my package and just updating status as "Package not ready".
I did a live chat with UPS and they said they would forward my complaint to local UPS office and I should expect a call from them in 1 hour.
Surely, in about 30 minutes, I got a call from this number and they said that they have informed the driver to indeed pickup my package by knocking on the door and that I should be expecting the driver in the afternoon.
The driver did turn up in the afternoon and the issue was solved.
UPS missed delivery yesterday, the 10th. I found another attempted delivery today AFTER I "made arrangements" to have it done tomorrow as no one would be here to sign for it today. This number (281-261-1481) is a "dead" extension but was transferred there anyway by the Stafford location operator. (281-261-1467, found here. I called UPS to complain at their 800 # and got a call from a "supervisor" in Atlanta GA that told me that I also had to pay a fee as I had requested earlier to change my delivery to Friday (12th) from today as no one would be here to catch the package. No wonder FedEx is doing better.
