Rec'd a robo-call from this number at 10:45 am.  Caller ID read Wagner W J.  Google shows this couple lives about 3 minutes from me.  Feel bad for them; their phone will start ringing off the hook.  Anyway, the call was "Victoria" saying someone in the household may have options available to them under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.  To speak to someone about debt collection, press 1, to opt out, press 2.  My guess, it's people trying to get your personal info.
