According to Wikipedia, the number is assigned to somewhere in Houston, TX. The number is a scam to get your credit card number.

I received a text message from 101010005 (as it appeared in the "From" line on my phone).  The content of the message contained a phone number to call to retrieve a message.  When I dialed the number I listened to an automatic voice.  It sounded eerily like a speech-to-text program, but I continued.  When I pressed the requisite numbers, it finally began to say "we need three pieces of information in relation to your account. (red flag!!) Please enter your 16 digit credit card number, followed by the pound key."

I hung up.  My advice not to even try to call back.  I never spoke to a live person.  I'm planning to report it to the authorities.  Don't let them know your info.
