They called and asked for the business owner. I said I would take a meesage they said they couldnt leave one. After that the guy started to tell me about a new law in congress and they were just checking to see... I inturupted him and said "is this a sales call" He said "I am not going to lie..." I inturrupted and said , we are not interested and hung up. He called back and said "are you related to the owner? I said it was none of his business and we were not interested and hung up. He called back a third time. He started yelling over me . "i just want to make sure I am not talking to some disgruntled receptionist" I said "You call back 3 times, are you kidding me". I hung up again. that was it. It was listed as Redstone Payment.
They called us a year ago, in May 2014. Then again today. They asked for owner by first name, "is he or she there?" OBVIOUSLY they don't know who HE is. We said we weren't interested and hung up. She immediately called back - TWICE!! They've got nerve, that's for sure. BLOCKED this EXCEEDINGLY PUSHY B*TCH.
From my Google travels I've found various comments, one here on 800notes (http://800notes.com/nb/search.aspx?q=redstone) says the infamous "Elizabeth Moore" calls from 719-350-6504 might be Redstone, and that it might also be 29Prime - the worst of the worst!
Redstone Merchant Accounts - 281-290-4110 IS PAYMENT SOLUTIONS? <-- That outfit is BAD NEWS.

Persistent caller, regarding the merchant account. Only wants to speak to "the person who handles...yada yada" and I keep telling them I'll take a message but they won't leave any details. It's a constant annoyance, in general, from people who have decided to make this their job. Get a life!
Just received a call from Karl Raymond @ 281-290-4110. Asked to speak with my boss by name. I told him he was not in, but I would be glad to take a message and have him return the call if it was deemed legitimate. He said I was being kind but there was no message and wanted to know when to call back. I told him NEVER and hung up.
A lady by the name Taylor, wants to save money on the hidden fees we are being charged through our processor. If there hidden what makes you think you can find them and change what for me? Told her our card processor vendor comes by once a month and I would get him to show me those hidden fees and he would gladly handle the situation!
