Appears to be a collection company.

It is Cardon Outreach. Not a collection company. They are an advocate for individuals without medical insurance.

This number calls, and hangs up when I answer.... Rude, and annoying to me and my coworkers...

called asking for my daughter......I asked what it was concerning....they would not say since they said my daughter was 20 so I told them if they were really associated with St ritas medical center then they would have her number and not mine!!!  I do not accept sales calls for myself or anyone else in my family.
