Recieved a call from this number to my cell phone. I let the call go to vm but none was left. I looked up the number and it is used by a company called On Center Software. The lady who I spoke with when I called back there said their company does not make outbound calls (she was an operator for the company which I was able to reach only after going through a menu system and pressing 0). Very strange.
Received a call from the same number/company today.
Also let it go to VM, but no message was left.
I have dealt with OnCenter Software before - they are a legit company, and are probably just trying to market to previous customers.
