Got a call from from a woman named Amanda black from goldman and walker associates saying there was a three felony charges for a loan that I never got being filed against me I got the a similar call back in October threatening me how's anyone got a call from this amanda

Yes i have this person looking for me? With exact same number? Am not sure what its about. But you say its a debt collector? Its possible.

Did this person leave a message I contacted the police and my bank they cannot threatened you and i thinks a fraud

My brother just got a call from 281 301 1638,  from someone named Mrs. Crews, for the same thing about a payday loan, and how he was going to have felony charges against him.  I've been reading everyone's post and it does appear to be a scam.. thanks to everyone who took time to  post on this site.  He was really worried.

This is a scam. They will call you and say that you took out a loan and used a false routing numver and unless you pay off the settlement, they will have you arressted in 72 hours for check fraud which is a felony. You are either charged with something, or you are not. Peopke dont call with pending felony charges against you, asking for money. Ms crews and this number is a total scam to scare you into taking money. I spoke with a police officer. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY.
