called my sixteen year old daughter and harresd her over the phone stating they were going to have her brother and father arrested and sending out warrent as they spoke. I called when she told me about it, they refused to talk to me was hostile from the start, makes untrue statements.
Received a call from this number. A male voice stated that I had take a Cash Advance in 2010 using a Visa card from Chase. They had my name and number but quoted the wrong address and city. I was told they were considering a warrant for non-payment. I was asked for my SSN and DOB to confirm they were talking to the right person. When I declined to give out information over the phone the caller hung up.
MAJOR SCAM! REPORT TO FTC WWW.FTC COMPLAINT (fill out form-it takes about 5 minutes)and call the Pinehurst police preciant too at 281- 259-9333. Leave message. This John Stafford is in their area of their jurisdiction!
