I too am getting the calls from elaine london. I zoomed her says she's from fbi. But upon hearing the same story it seems like it's just a scam. Did she tell any of you what state the charges were in? Mine is Oklahoma
I got the same call from a different number saying I have 2 felony warrants that will be filed if I don't call back. I have had this happen in the past and have spoken to FCC and BBB etc. they said that it is a scam. it happens about every 6months usually the end and first of the year. always many different numbers. she LM from phone number 317-324-0322 also got a call yesterday from phone number 303-558-6967 telling me to call number 855-948-4460 case number they are giving is different. I don't know what to think anymore , I haven't done anything wrong.
My sister received a call looking for me from 317-324-0322. She said her name was Elaine London and she told my sister that I had two felonies and that if I don't call her back within the next 24 hours there will be a warrant out for my arrest. She also gave my sister a case#. Looking at the posts above this is obviously a scam. Why is she calling my sister looking for me? I guess we will see what happens within the next 24 hours.
I was contacted by this woman Elaine london, and she then told me she and other investigators was going to prosecute me for writing bad checks, which I dont do, and told me if I dont pay $700 something odd dollars they will put a warrant out for my arrest, I should have known it was a scam!!! What should I do?
