I got a call from 1-281-306-2278, the color id read Splendora, TX. rang twice and they hung up.

Someone called me from the same number. I called it back. I think it's a scam because they claim they are a collection agency.

They are a real collection agency but incredibly rude. They make no attempt to contact you other than calling, and even if you answer they hang up
