Caller ID shows "unavailable" which always raises a flag and my hackles. it is a bogus telemarketer selling "Warranty extensions" on my car. They have access to dealer information as they know the make and model of my car and when the factory warranty expired. If they are legit they are at least unscrupulous. BE ADVISED!
