Who called from 2813069284

I got a call from 2813069284. I do not know how they got my number but they keep calling. They keep asking me if I want to sell my car. Why in the hell would I sell my car that is the only car we have.

This number called my office again at 5:02PM on 04/10/2015.

I got a call from this number and when I call back it gave me two options to remove my number press 1 and speak to a representative press 2.  Do not call this number back or they will have your number. If you do want to call back, add a *67 on your phone and dial the number, this case they will not have your caller ID.

Appears to be vehicle warranty company

Received call today. They asked if I still own a car and when I asked who they were, they hung up. Not sure if they were fishing for information.
