that i had some type of legal issues. i called and they said they were law office, but i hung up. i called again later just to see. lady asked for my # so gave her a bogus #, she said thats not the # we called. i said, sounds like you already know my #, she says your the one that called..she then says, oh-well and just hangs up.....haha busted her butt.

Called stating that I owed money for a loan, said that they will be filing criminal felony charges. Asked them for their bar association number and they hung up.. what a joke. They are just a big SCAM.
Scummy debt collectors cannot "file charges". Those come from real law enforcement, the DA, and a real Judge. An unpaid loan is certainly not criminal. If it were there would be an awful lot more people in our already overcrowded jails.
