That's what they do. If your looking to borrow money why on earth would you need to have money upfront?
Use COMMON SENSE!!!!! If they did get any of your money no matter how or what you did as far as your account information or "GreenDotMoneyPac" , "Vanilla reload network" it is theft. The larger the amount the more serious the consequences. Don't worry about how you feel as far as being "duped" move past that and save the next unsuspecting person. Times are tough and sometimes people don't think clear when they need money. No matter the amount file a police report!! When dealing with these scammers write everything down. Their phone numbers every time they called you any names they have given you, document everything!!! The more information you can provide to the police the better the chances are of the law catching up to them. And please tell everyone you know so they don't have to go through the experience that you or I have.
