I received a threatening message saying that charges will be filed against me for a credit card in 2013 because I was in default of the agreed terms? I then let the individual I was talking to that I had filed bankruptcy in 2014 and whatever cards I did have were dismissed by the Federal Court Judge. I even gave him my attorney's name. He went on to say that a bankruptcy will not dismiss the charges. These criminals and scam dummies need to learn correct information and realize that they are not always talking to someone off guard.
