I mistakenly answered this phone call, and believe I confused the person on the other end. He told me "Hello" twice after I answered him. In very broken and halting English, the gentleman told me they were working in the area and would like to......... I cut him off at this point and hung up.
Johnny with an accent called and wouldn't identify who they were with before giving anymore info. Turned ugly after that with 'johnny' calling me names when I hungup.
Phone rang 10:30 am Saturday. When I answered, nothing was said, but had somewhat noise background. After I said hello twice without a response, the caller hung up..... these type calls are increasing substantially over the past few weeks
