Caller ask for someone by name but I could not find the name in our system and told the caller that.  He started doubting me and was trying to spell me the name several times but I told I spelled it that way already and could not find it.  He even gives me a phone number to reach the guy he's looking for... at this point in my mind i'm thinking "if you have the number why are you even calling me".
