I got a call from (281) 893-0622 at 10:55 a.m. on a Tuesday. The caller ID says it's Steve Whatley of Bammel TX. The phone rang once and they hung up. Googling his name and location brought me here, where they have apparently been calling from various numbers. It's now blocked.
this exchange attempted to call my cell phone; luckily I didn't hear the ring, just saw the number on the screen as a missed call. They called (CELL PHONE), I answered, they hung up immediately. I called back and it was for a discount prescription card. SPAM.
Interesting all the people above say they same thing that they:
1) Call
2) Hang up when you answer
3) Make you call them because you don't know if it's important or not.
This Must be a stradegy around the DO NOT CALL law.
