Got a call from this number, Oct 8, 6:04 am. Who seriously calls at six in the morning?

Received a call from this # Oct 14 at 6:46 am.  Isn't is against policy or regulations to call this early?  Just as it is to call too late, for example after 9:00 pm?  Just started receiving calls from telemarketers etc this past week.

I just got a call from this number also. I called it back and it is "The United States Perscription Card Dept" It gives specifics on how to qualify for the free prescription card program. I don't know why I got the call, I am not on a perscription. Although I wouldn't mind some xanax.

Got a call Sat night 9:09 PDT. Did not leave a message. I did not call back to see who they were.
