Just got a call from this Texas-based number. It acted as a hang-up. Can any of my information be given away for answering a cell phone call?

Got the same call, they hung up right when I answered.

Got a hang-up call from this number a few minutes ago. It's a landline in the name of John Whatley. It is listed as a spammer on several sites.
