Keep getting calls from this number! When I answer, because it says 'Reliant Energy', there is NO ONE on the other end so I hang up. Get these calls at least once a day. Tried to call the real Reliant Energy & find out about this but of course, there is no person to talk to or complain about this to!
Got a phone call from this number, no one there.
I hung up.
I called the number and it was Reliant Energy with a recording, "Thanks for calling Reliant Energy, all representatives are assisting other customers . . . ".
I hung up again.
My electricity provider is Reliant Energy.
I had called Reliant Energy a week or so previously asking questions about their rate plans, but there was no expectation of me getting a follow-up phone call.
A recorded message told me all operators were busy and to hold for the next one. Then click, click, click and then the AT&T recording came on and told me if I was trying to make a call to hang up and try again. One click too many for Ma Bell. It is a strange way for Reliant Energy to contact me and not business like at all.
