National judgement called from this number saying that I took out a payday loan in 2001 and was being taken to court...I was 15 years old in 2001 and have never taken out a loan in my life...tried to get me to set up payments..."special investigator" Julian Morris.
If you receive a collection call from "National Judgment" at the number 281-407-3231 and they threaten you with court or restraining orders unless an unspecified debt is paid, don't respond to them. I got a call from them this morning saying I took out a payday loan from them in 01 when I was 17, and that my dad was a cosigner. He passed away in 89.
they said that i was being subpenaed and would have to appear in court. the scary part was they had my home address, phone number and my social, they tried to make it sound all very legit, but when I started asking questions they hung up the phone on me.
they called me and said his name was charles pratt and said that there was a restraining order against me and that i had 24 to 48 hour notice to contact them about this matter and i dont know what it would be over
