Telling the caller that the person being called is not available doesn't doany good. You never get the chance to tell them the person doesn't live here or has died. The voice on the other end is a robot voice, set to respond only to certain words. Anything else you say is ignored and, true to their word, they try again later. No call back numer and finding a mailing address is next to impossible.
