This person asked if I knew someone with the same last name as me. When I said I didn't, he basically accused me of being a liar and said, "Take a message lady." He claimed to have some kind of legal case against the person and was very rude. I told him I didn't have anything to do with it and to stop calling me. He said, "You can't tell me what to do." I said there were laws against harrassment and hung up.

I received a similar call back in December. I believe it was from BCI Associates, a collection agency. I have not been able to find out anything about these people.
These people called me regading a legal issue i had. But i called them back and took care of it, My advice is dont hide call them back and confront the situation before it can get out of hand.
I called back, a male answered said they were an investment firm looking for someone with my wife's maiden name and they had all her info, I mean everything, ss#, birthdate etc.. guy was really rude. I told him their was no such person we didn't know anybody and he called me a liar and said we were hiding something.
