my bank account was debited $13.59, last month, by this company, GNAM, using my debit card. no phone call; just debit card fraud. called phone number on my bank statement - rang once and then voicemail.
This company took money out of my bank account without my authorization. I have never dealt with this company and have never heard of them. They did not make a phone call to me. I am thinking about calling Houston police. BBB gives them an A, but you can not file a criminal report against this company according to their policies, so the BBB grade is sort of bogus. These are crooks specializing in fraud. When you call the number you get an answering machine with a computer generated voice, not a real persons.
