I received a call from this number and was told it was about a collection for my husband. She identified herself to be from a collection agency calling about a neonatal intensive care unit, however would not state where the debt originated from or the date. Then she said that if they did not receive payment, it would be reported. Excuse me? If you're from a collection agency, then that means it would already be on my credit. Plus, my child was not in the NICU. When I told her that we currently have our legal team reviewing our credit any outstanding marks and could only take her name and number, she became irate and started to a horrible attitude. She asked me "You're having you're legal team review it? Why would you do that?" Then I explained that I am not legally advised to talk about any debts at this time and I can take a name for my lawyer to call back. She was like "Excuse me? If you are having your legal team review it, WHY would you need my name and number, that's stupid." There was more exchanges back and forth where I would not give her information so she would continue making rude, disrespectful and ignorant comments. Either this was a scam or the worst collection agency, EVER! DO NOT ANSWER THIS CALLER! It will give you high blood pressure by the end of the conversation.
Very, Very, Very rude. Threatened to file lien on my home! Office Manger was even MORE rude!! So disrespectful and RUDE. If this number calls you, do no answer!

Just found out, it's from a place called Accounts Receivable Consultants in Houston, TX. However, if you go to their website, there are misspelled words and they pride themselves on the levels of harassment they will stoop to. There is no way I would ever give them any kind of information, especially financial! Beware!
Very rude and irrate, she hung up on me so I called back to explain that my husband was laid off from work right and perhaps we can work something out. She claimed that her name is Lesley, If you are collecting for an agency there are procedures that should be taken if a person is going through financial hardship. She was very rude, so after there was no reasoning, I hung up on her.
Received a call from this number stating I had a past due bill with a doctor I went to when I was pregnant (2.5 years ago). I told her my husband and I pay all of our bills on time, and if I owed money I'd like to see something in writing. She insisted I had to give her my account information over the phone, or face it being "reported" on my credit report. I kept insisting she send me something in the mail, and she told me her company "doesn't do that". I fired back, inquiring if they ever issue notices or if they expect everyone to go on the honor system? That in 2015. I'm not about to give a stranger over the phone my bank account information. She told me I would be receiving a notice saying I would need to take action or face this being put on my credit report. I replied cheerfully, "Great! I'll wait for the notice in the mail and then I'll be happy to pay it, thank you!" And she hung up on me.
