solicitor BIG TIME. some guy calls my job and says to please tranfer him to such and such because he has a conference call with the him.  i politely let him know that that cant be true because that person no longer works here.  then he wants to know who is the CFO, i dont know i said, so he wants an admin in the finance group.  then he calls back and i left him on hold for 10 minutes, he did not hang up, so i asked may i help you again, now he wants somebody that isnt here again, and decides to go with the IT departmen.  needless to say he will not be getting any of his calls answered AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
