I get messages, however, from "Scott" with a callback number 1-888-497-5937 x-3035.  I called these people once about a year ago for some advice on a tax issue.  I declined their offer due to outrageous rates, but they continue to call me every quarter, to see if my problems have grown since I did not use their advice.  POMPOUS AND annoying.

Crap!  to many Bud Lights, anyway if you owe Citi finacial then this is one of their collection agencies they use.
