keeps calling - won't leave message

have gotten 2 calls from this number - 1st on 9/7/16 at 2:25 pm and again today 9/9/16 at 9:51 pm.  Left no message. Idiots.

rude caller at work..important matter??? no company name or anything??

Called me several times, left no messages and when I called back got an answering service machine that stated it was a debt collector but no company name.
