Who called from 2815377021

Received call from this number.  No response to my "hello" at other end even after several seconds.  Harassment.

Do not wish to receive any phone calls from any companies, my phone line is registered, why would I receive these phone calls!!!!

I received a call from this phone number at 7:30 am on my cell. I live in IL too. I called back from a land line phone. An automated voice answers that it is the United States Prescription Card Department, saying if you take regular prescriptions and make under a certain amount, you could qualify. None of this applies to me. They better not keep calling me!

called me at 10:40 on wed.  no one spoke

Got this call on my cell yesterday.  Didn't answer it since I didn't recognize the number.  Google search tells me it's a land line in Harris City, TX.  Didn't get more info since I refuse to pay for it.
