9:36 am, didn't answer, no message left

It was some kind of prescription drug hot-line...looks like SPAM

same here, my phone rang twice and hung up, no message

Just got a call on my cell.  Hung up upon me answering.  I, being the kind of person that wants to know who the heck is calling me (from Texas??!!)  I called back.  It said "you have reached the United States Prescription Card Service" and then gave a bunch of options.

...and now that I've read up some on this site, I'm afraid there will now be some bogus charges on my phone bill.  How can I prevent this?  and can I have it removed??
