I used to donate to Joel Olsteen. when I decided to stop and they called me. I requested that they stop calling and i have not heard from them in 5 years.
OK WEIRD! I answered the call (we are a business) and told the woman "We are a business and there is no Joan here." She then asked, "Is your mom or dad available?" I was stunned!! WHAT???? I said nothing and she said, "OK, I'll call back later." It was almost like it was a robo call but asking an adult woman at a business number if her mom or dad are available. STRANGE.
I blocked so many numbers calling from "supposedly" Joel Osteen Ministries. It's not. I actually took the call one day and told them I updated my account to deduct automatically. The answer I got: "Thank you for your donation. We would like to set up an account with you..."... I was like what????? So today I received another call (5/1/17). I answer but don't say anything. They hang-up in about 10 seconds. Then this number is blocked like all of their numbers.
Callerid says Joel Osteen Ministry...Spoke to them live, asked if I wanted to hear a recording of Joel Osteen,No thank you. They've been calling everyday. We donated once several months ago and they would call & I asked to be taken off their list. The calls stopped for awhile & now they are back at it again...
