East Indian-accent. Male. Calls twice a day looking for "Daniel". Have told him he is being recorded, have said not to call, have told him I do not know "Daniel", and this is a newly acquired number. Have reported their number. He keeps calling and saying the same thing. Each time he says he will not call again....oh, wait, then he calls again.
I have been called by this number saying I have been approved for a $10,000 loan from quik and loan. I have never heard of them and never applied for a loan. He had all my info. SCAMMER. I contacted the Missouri AG office today
I keep getting calls from this loser on my cell phone. Says that I have been approved for a quick loan and he needs to verify info. I always hang up. This time he kept asking what my problem was, why didnt I want free money. I hung up and called him back from another number and he wouldnt say the company he was or anything else. He is harassing me all the time. I am going to file a police report on this scumbag.
DO NOT! DO NOT ! DO NOT! FALL for this scam these guys will ask you for 95 dollars as an application fee to approve your loan.. Then you think the money is on the way and they will call back and say your bank has a wire transfer fee and that you must pay an additonal 55. After you pay the 55 the money will be EFT deposited within an hour...... IT WILL NEVER BE DEPOSITED AND YOU WILL BE OUT THE MONEY. IF THEY CALL YOU DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CALL YOUR LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT BECAUSE YOU WILL BE OUT OF MONEY WITH NO LOAN!!!!

•You can also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at FTC.gov. Add "IRS Telephone Scam" to the comments in your complaint.
Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
He is a scammer. He called me about thirty times saying I was going to be locked up for a loan I did not receive. He calls out some personal info to scare you into sending money but DO NOT fall for it. Call your credit agencies and place fraud alert on your account and your bank as well. I hope they eventually catch these Scum bags who try to manipulate people out of hard earned money.
