calling and calling. Called my phone phone several times and my job. They are even sending me emails. Names are ryan felix and domnick jones. This is the third time they have called me. Its getting crazy and they are getting on my nerves. Talking with an indian accent so thick that you can barely understand them then like to threaten you. And they will not give you correct answers to any questions you ask them. They get mad and start yelling at you. Please dnt give them any information,they are scam artist. Just trying to scare you into giving them money. Please dnt fall for it
So I have been getting emails from Jonathan Felix....saying they have apending court case against me!! Thaey of course can not give me any other information due to "Security Reasons"!! Complete Trash.....a bunch of scam artists!!!!!!!!!! What kind of a law firm has a phone number that just goes to a voicemail anyway!!!!!!!! Reporting him to the attorney generals office!!!! Ryan Felix is the name on the voicemail!!! Don't give them any money!!!
Receiving several emails from Andrew Felix stating they will arrest me if I don't pay the $4999 that I took a payday loan with check into cash they misspelled several words and can't make complet sentences. I replied to him to check his spelling, he replied with "I don't know what English you learnt " really! They can eat [***]
You can forward the email to the FBI at their Internet Crime Complaint Center at www.ic3.gov. Please do not bother responding to any other email scams you get - debt is civil, not criminal, so you cannot be arrested, even if you did take a loan and defaulted on it. If you were going to be sued, you'd find out when a process server showed up - unannounced. (Or in some cases, you'd receive a court summons via registered or certified mail.)
