Who called from 28155322

I had a call from this number earlier today but cut out a couple of seconds after answering, not sure what/who it is?

I have also had this number call me 3 times in the last 2 days. I haven't answered and let it go to voicemail as it is not a recognised number and they never leave voicemail.

Me too, in fact I've now had it two days in a row...... I try calling back and nothing, its not connected

And me too! Have been receiving phone calls from this weird number over the past three days! They called twice and each time i pick up, no one speak up and when i ring back the number is not valid. Super annoying!

For the past week up to three times a day.  On to Telstra who are looking at it.
